Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Developer with strong expertise in InstallShield, WiX, and software packaging/installer technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. This role requires collaboration with development, QA, and release teams to build, maintain, and optimize deployment pipelines, installer frameworks, and release processes.

Educational Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with release management and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Windows Installer (MSI), MSIX packaging, and application deployment best practices.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with infrastructure automation tools and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain installer packages using InstallShield, WiX, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Automate software packaging, deployment, and release workflows.
• Evaluate and recommend modern installer and deployment technologies.
• Lead migration initiatives from InstallShield to alternative installer platforms where applicable.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve build and release efficiency.
• Troubleshoot build, packaging, deployment, and environment-related issues. Ensure release processes follow security, compliance, and quality standards.
