Job Summary
The DevOps Consultant will lead the design and implementation of scalable DevOps solutions across hybrid environments, supporting production-grade builds and enterprise platform development. This role requires strong expertise in Helm Charts, DevOps tooling, and cloud-native practices, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive DevOps transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking from a Practice or Center of Excellence background and stay current with industry trends such as SRE, AIOps, telemetry, and chaos engineering. This is a remote role based in India with two open positions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps Lead, or DevOps Consultant.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Helm Charts.
- Proven experience designing DevOps solutions for production and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
Professional Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing DevOps pipelines and processes across multiple business units.
- Proven ability to translate complex production and platform requirements into scalable DevOps solutions.
- Experience establishing DevOps standards, documentation, metrics, and best practices.
- Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of DevOps transformation.
- Experience working within a Practice or Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
- Exposure to emerging DevOps trends including SRE, AIOps, telemetry, and chaos engineering.
- Self-driven professional with the ability to operate independently and influence technical and business stakeholders.
