Job Description

Primary skills:Technology->Finacle-Core-Payments->Positive Pay Services->Advance

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to support frequent, reliable releases.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated build, test, and deployment processes into the delivery workflow.
Define and implement DevOps best practices around source control, branching strategies, artifact management, and environment promotion.
Automate routine operational tasks, configuration management, and environment provisioning to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Monitor and optimize build and deployment pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the CI/CD pipeline and deployment environments in a timely manner.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded into the delivery process.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on DevOps tools, practices, and culture.
Document processes, standards, and runbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable operations.
Participate in planning and estimation activities, contributing DevOps perspectives to solution design and architecture discussions.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
