DevOps Consultant

Job Title: DevOps Consultant (Contract / Hourly)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Engagement Type: Consultancy (Hourly basis)

Duration: Minimum 1-year commitment

Open Positions: 3 Consultants (as per certification requirements below)

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced DevOps Consultants to support an ongoing client project under our AWS Partnership. Selected consultants must be available for engagement for at least one year and maintain the required AWS certifications for the duration of the engagement.

• Mandatory Certifications (Must-Have)
• Candidates must hold one of the following certifications (valid and active):
• 2 individuals: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
• 2 individuals: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• (These certifications are mandatory to fulfill our AWS Partnership requirements for this project.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Implement best practices for security, monitoring, and scalability
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
• Support project-specific DevOps requirements on demand

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills

Engagement Terms:

Consultants will be engaged on an hourly basis

No fixed monthly salary

Engagement will be project-based, activated as and when project work is confirmed

Consultants must commit availability and certification validity for a minimum of 1 year

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with international clients
• Prior consultancy or contract-based experience
• Additional AWS or cloud certifications
