Hiring: DevOps & Automation Engineer – PagerDuty Integration

Location: Delhi / NCR

Work Mode: Work from Office – 2 days/week from client office

Shift: Rotational

Experience:

• Senior Engineer: 7+ years overall | 2+ years PagerDuty

• Lead/Principal Engineer: 10+ years overall | 3+ years PagerDuty

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage PagerDuty integrations with DevOps, monitoring and ITSM platforms.

• Configure and maintain PagerDuty services, escalation policies, schedules, routing rules and incident workflows.

• Automate incident management, alert routing and operational workflows.

• Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring, observability, CI/CD and ticketing tools.

• Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve incident response and reduce MTTR.

• Support production environments and participate in incident, problem and change management.

• Troubleshoot alerts, integrations and automation failures.

• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud and application teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• PagerDuty – 2+ years (Senior) / 3+ years (Lead/Principal)

• Strong DevOps / SRE / Automation experience

• Incident Management & Alert Management

• PagerDuty Services, Escalation Policies, Schedules & Event Rules

• API / Webhook integrations

• CI/CD and automation

• Linux / Shell scripting

• Cloud exposure – AWS / Azure / GCP

• Monitoring & Observability tools

• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
