We are looking for a
DevOps Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing, product-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, and working in
multi-tenant, multi-region cloud environments.
You will work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure while continuously improving automation, security, and performance.What You'll Do
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Support multi-tenant and multi-region application architectures
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability
- Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues
- Contribute to infrastructure best practices and documentation
Must-Have Skills
- 35 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with multi-tenant and/or multi-region architectures
- Good understanding of Linux systems and networking basics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes tools (Helm, ArgoCD, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Exposure to security best practices (IAM, secrets management)
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Cost optimization and cloud performance tuning experience
