DevOps Architect

As a DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for developing architecture that leads the design and implementation of IndiaMART's applications.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Simplifying the development process and operations
•  Analyzing any setbacks or shortcomings in the operations
•  Developing appropriate DevOps channels
•  Setting up a continuous build environment to boost software development and developer productivity, gitlab would be preferred
•  Designing and delivering efficient and comprehensive best practices
•  Reviewing and managing technical operations
•  Analyzing and streamlining the existing DevOps practices
•  Monitoring and guiding the development team
•  Using the right tools and techniques to automate technical processes 
•  Handling all deployment processes
•  Minimizing failures and troubleshooting any technical issues
•  Implementing effective DevOps solutions
•  Ensuring all systems are secure and scalable

Skills Required:

DevOps , Architecture , Kubernetes , Docker , Jenkins , GitLab , AWS , Google Cloud Platform , Linux , Shell Scripting , Sonarqube , Continuous Integration , Continuous Delivery , Python

Candidate Attributes:

Education criteria:

• 80% and above in classes 10th and 12th
•  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

Must have skills:

•  5+ years experience in DevOps
•  3+ years of experience as a software developer
•  Complete knowledge of DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Gitlab, Terraform and SonarQube
•  Strong understanding of cloud-based environments - AWS and GCP
•  Strong knowledge of Linux OS and networks
•  Strong hands on experience of CI/CD
•  Know-how of SAST and DAST
•  Hands on experience on SonarQube and OWASP Zap preferred
•  Strong knowledge of deployment and environments on AWS and GCP with VMs and Kubernetes
•  Strong leadership skills
•  Excellent analytical and research skills

Good to have skills:

•  Know-how of software development, testing, and configuration methodologies
•  Knowledge of scripting languages like Python
•  Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices
