Summary:

As a DevOps Architect, a typical day involves evaluating and crafting comprehensive DevOps strategies tailored to intricate technology landscapes. This role requires designing and implementing technical solutions that support cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructures. The work includes integrating various application architectures, whether microservices-based or traditional, to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align DevOps practices with organizational goals is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement of processes to enhance system reliability and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of DevOps frameworks that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure integration and delivery pipelines are optimized and secure.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Ability to design scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in DevOps environments.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
