Role Description

Adtech Corp is a CMMI Level 3 appraised technology consulting firm in Hyderabad looking for a DevOps Architect to design and scale cloud-native platforms across AWS and Azure. This role requires 815 years of experience and a blend of high-level architectural strategy with hands-on execution. You will lead the modernization of operations and enhance customer experiences by defining DevOps strategies and automation frameworks. The position involves close collaboration with development and security teams to build secure and highly available systems. You will act as a technical leader who bridges the gap between infrastructure design and application development.

Qualifications

Hold 8 to 15 years of professional experience in cloud engineering and DevOps roles

Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms

Maintain expert knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration specifically with EKS and AKS

Possess a strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for production environments

Display proficiency in automation and configuration management using Ansible

Show experience with containerization tools like Docker and Linux system administration

Exhibit coding skills in at least one major language such as Python or Java or Node.js or .NET

Understand complex cloud networking including VPC design and VPN configurations and firewalls

Apply knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI and Jenkins

Bring prior experience in application development with a focus on microservices and APIs

Utilize GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux and Service Mesh technologies like Istio as a plus

Apply SRE practices including SLIs and SLOs and error budgets for reliability engineering

Responsibilites

Design and implement scalable and highly available cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure

Architect and manage production Kubernetes platforms to support diverse workloads

Build secure cloud networking structures including site-to-site VPNs and private endpoints

Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code initiatives to ensure consistent environment

provisioning

Automate complex configuration management tasks and orchestration workflows using Ansible

Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline release automation and deployment cycles

Integrate DevSecOps practices including IAM and RBAC and automated vulnerability scanning

Implement comprehensive observability solutions using logging and monitoring and tracing tools

Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with application performance needs

Mentor junior DevOps and platform engineers while defining organizational architectural standards

Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and automation frameworks

Enable reliability engineering by focusing on system uptime and disaster recovery architectures
