JD for Devops - Application Support
Location: Guwhati
NP: 0 to 30 days only can apply
Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science.
Experience 10+ Years of overall experience and 5 Years of relavant experience.
Application Operations :
- Should have working experience within a large scale deployment.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
- Identifying and resolving application-related issues, including root cause analysis, is a core responsibility.
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools and logging systems for proactive issue detection.
- Database Management:
- Working experience of PL/SQL with any RDBMS database.
- Operating System Management:
- Working experience/knowledge on Linux / RHEL / Ubuntu environment.
- Cloud Technologies:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (RHOS / AWS / Azure / GCP) and their services relevant to application operations is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Communication Skills (Written & Verbal):
- Effectively communicating technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
- Analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions.
- Adaptability:
- Adjusting to changing priorities and technologies in a dynamic environment.
