Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Operations
- Manage and optimize SCCM processes including patching, software deployment, and device monitoring
- Configure and maintain Intune environments including Autopilot setups, compliance policies, and access controls
- Oversee device provisioning using standardized images and ensure smooth lifecycle management
- Lead application rollouts and update cycles for Microsoft Office & Windows
- Strengthen vulnerability management practices across client devices
Standardization & Documentation
- Maintain technical documentation such as setup guides and troubleshooting manuals
- Share knowledge and conduct internal training sessions to our key-users
- Collaborate with the team across a global device standard
Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with external partners to establish mobile device standards (Android/iOS)
- Support device configuration and ensure best-practice operations
- Assist in rolling out global compliance standards

Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration
- Strong understanding of device management, patching strategies, boundary groups, and monitoring
- Experience with Autopilot, M365 security features (DLP, AIP, Compliance Center)
- Familiarity with asset management and mobile device platforms
