Location : Pune
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical teams to scope projects and define high-level requirements.
- Drive solution architecture and implementation using Sitecore XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless development approaches.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements, follow Sitecore best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Lead development teams in defining and executing implementation plans for Sitecore XM Cloud projects.
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues and challenges during development and deployment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with Sitecore implementations.
- Collaborate with other developers to resolve technical challenges and promote knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders and provide strategic technical leadership in Sitecore architecture.
- Lead and support testing efforts, including defect analysis, code fixes, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of modern Sitecore development practices, including Experience Edge, SXA Headless, and DevOps automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Sitecore Developer Certification (preferably XM Cloud) is a plus.
- Proven experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless CMS architecture, and JSS (JavaScript Services).
- Proficiency in integrating Sitecore with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore development tools, including:
- Sitecore CLI
- TDS
- Unicorn
- Glass.Mapper
- Strong understanding of reusable components, templates, customization, and personalization in Sitecore.
- Experience with:
- Sitecore Search
- Sitecore Workflows
- Sitecore Commerce / OrderCloud
- Sitecore Email Experience Manager (EXM)
- Configuration and deployment of Experience Edge and CD/CM instances
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL query design and optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud-native deployment strategies is a plus.
