– Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Development Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development principles and proficiency across multiple programming languages, including
Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and integration
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Qualifications & Experience
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong foundation in general software development principles and system design
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java
- Experience building APIs and microservices architectures
Technical Skills
- Backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django/FastAPI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Familiarity with API design patterns (REST, GraphQL)
- Version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest, etc.)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Understanding of security best practices in application development
Educational Background
- B.Tech/B.S./ M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Additional Skills & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) – strongly preferred
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification – a plus
- ITIL certification – a plus
