Ayerga Components is looking for a Development Manager India

At Ayerga Components, we continue our international growth. We are a European company specialising in forging and manufacturing industrial components, with extensive experience in supplying top-tier customers.

To strengthen our presence in India, we are seeking a Development Manager to lead the development of new suppliers and the consolidation of strategic relationships in the country.

Main duties:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new local suppliers in India.
• Supervise and coordinate product development projects together with our technical team in Spain.
• Ensure proper qualification and compliance with European quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with the different departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics).
• Act as a key liaison between Ayerga and the Indian industrial ecosystem, promoting new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial sectors (preferably forging, stamping, or machining).
• Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to build trusted supplier relationships.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
• Organised, autonomous, and results-oriented.

Location: India (on-site)

Start date: Immediate or according to availability
