This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Development Professional. The responsibilities include engaging with a wide range of stakeholders such as alumni, donors, and corporate partners to advance institutional development goals. The role involves designing and managing fundraising campaigns, fostering partnerships, preparing proposals, and maintaining donor relationships. The Development Professional will also oversee events, networking opportunities, and other outreach initiatives to support IIT Bombay's vision and mission.

• Relationship management and interpersonal skills to engage with donors, alumni, and corporate partners.
• Knowledge and experience in fundraising, proposal development, and donor communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating impactful proposals and outreach materials.
• Proficiency in project management and event coordination to organize networking events and fundraising initiatives.
• Working knowledge of data management and analytics tools to track progress and measure outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the education sector or a development role is a plus.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant fields.
