Development of Chassis parts (Steering)

Development & validation of Chassis parts (Steering) for Passenger Car.

Preferably from Passenger car or Auto component Design / manufacturing industry

-Should be conversant with Homologation requirements for Chassis parts.

Will be part of team responsible for Development of Steering parts for new model development.

• Finalizing steering system design.
• Specification understanding for Steering system [C-EPS & Gear].
• Layout and design finalization of Steering system.
• Results interpretation and report preparation.
• Supporting testing team for vehicle performance improvements.
• Understanding of ride & handling parameters with actual vehicle feeling as driver & passenger is preferable

Should have adequate knowledge of Chassis parts Design, drawing, GT&T controls, tolerance stack-up analysis, Statistical control, FTA analysis & CAD system. (UG NX/ UG Motion)

• Hands on experience of UG.
• Ability to suggest countermeasure for design improvement and cost/weight reductions.
• Ability to understand the market/prototype failures and capable to analysis the failures.

Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends in field of Chassis system.
