Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 13 to 15+ years of experience in software development and at least 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong expertise in C#,.NET (Core, MVC, Web API), React, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
  • Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
  • Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
  • Exposure to AI/ML integration within cloud ecosystems.
  • Prior experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
