About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and adaptive Vibe-Coder to join our team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy experimenting with AI models, solving problems through code, and pushing the boundaries of productivity with AI-driven approaches. As a Vibe-Coder, you will work closely with global teams to debug, optimize, and accelerate development across multiple technology stacks, using AI as a key enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and debug code in core programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript).
- Use AI models and tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize software across various platforms in the ERP domain.
- Rapidly adapt to different programming environments and languages (e.g., .NET, Java, legacy tech stack's ).
- Work with databases to support application functionality and performance.
- Working for AI bug analyser, adopt AI tools for trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Harness AI to automate repetitive tasks, boost developer productivity, and elevate code quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on product development, testing, and maintenance.
- Stay current with AI advancements and integrate innovative practices into daily workflows.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in software development and working with AI tools.
- Proficient in coding and debugging in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, Windsurf etc).
- Familiarity with VS Code IDE is mandatory.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new or legacy languages and frameworks using AI assistance.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred
- Exposure to multiple technology stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, mobile App development).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and debugging tools.
