About The Role
We're seeking development economists to help improve AI systems trained on global and development economics.
- Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox)- Location: Remote- Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract- Compensation: $35-70 /hour- Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do - Review development economics questions and explanations used in AI training.- Assess reasoning related to growth, inequality, and global development.- Provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and contextual nuance.- Apply real-world or academic experience to validate scenarios.- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Who You Are - 3+ years of experience teaching or researching development economics.- Strong understanding of global economic issues and data interpretation.- Able to evaluate written economic reasoning clearly and critically.- Comfortable working with structured review tasks. Nice to Have - Graduate degree in Economics or related field.- Field, NGO, or international policy experience.- Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
