The Impact You Will Have in This Role

This role involves working on the creation, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Enterprise Automation solutions. You will:

• Apply technology-specific best practices and standards
• Collaborate with a team to evaluate new technologies and applications for future use
• Coordinate with multiple geographically dispersed groups (business partners, subject matter experts, and analysts) to implement solutions

What You'll Do

• Handle day-to-day coding and testing tasks during the delivery cycle
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on software design and implementation
• Work closely with other team members and analysts throughout the delivery cycle
• Operate in an Agile delivery model to build quality and scalable work products
• Support production releases and maintenance windows, working with the Operations team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success

• 3+ years of related experience, with 2+ years in the financial sector
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products, including MS-Access, SQL Server, and Visual Basic
• Experience in using Appian as a Low Code/No Code solution
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Shell/Batch programming is desirable
• Experience with Agile development methodology
• Strong and open communication skills; self-starter and highly motivated
• Good interpersonal skills with experience working in distributed teams
• Ability to innovate and think creatively when needed
• Experience in an offshore delivery team is a plus
