- Add new content, courses, and sessions to our Learning Management Systems.
- Manage the team s shared inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Pull reports from systems and other data sources to support team coordinators with dashboards.
- Maintain the team s training tracker and calendar of events.
- Schedule live training, wellbeing sessions and global inductions from start to finish, including creating Zoom links, tracking sign-ups and attendance, sending reports to partners where appropriate, sending reminder invites, creating feedback forms, sending follow-up notes, and curating feedback.
- Maintain the team s pages on YouGov s intranet and generate reports as needed.
- Arrange team meetings.
- Support in sending global communications from the team s inbox.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Work with partners in creating materials for our programmes and initiatives.
- Support the wider team with any administrative support that is required.
