Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Developer: Zoho at FusionHawk. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Zoho applications to meet client requirements. Key tasks include integration with third-party applications, automation of workflows and processes, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring seamless functionality. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions is a major aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in Zoho
• Proficiency in Zoho platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books
• Well versed with Zoho Creator, Zoho Creator, Deluge Scripting and coding.
• Skills in workflow automation, integration with APIs, and customizing Zoho applications
• Programming skills in languages such as Deluge Script, JavaScript, and Python
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise
• Experience in database management, data migration, and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with other CRMs or platforms like Salesforce is a plus
