Molex is seeking a proactive Developer Supervisor (Developer Team Lead) based in India to re-establish leadership continuity for the India-based Salesforce development team. The role will stabilize delivery, coach engineers, and ensure effective execution as the team transitions fully to Molex employment.
What You Will Do
- Provide single-threaded delivery ownership for sprint commitments, timelines, and outcomes across the developer team.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and capacity with clear, early escalation.
- Enforce strong Agile discipline — ensure effective backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and reviews with a clear Definition of Ready.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, including regular status, risks, and trade-off updates.
- Perform day-to-day people leadership: coaching, performance feedback, and accountability.
- Enforce development and release standards, partnering closely with Solution Architects and platform teams.
- Stabilize execution during change, maintaining team morale, clarity, and focus.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven experience leading distributed development teams in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of delivery execution (beyond coordination).
- Strong background in Salesforce or enterprise CRM delivery.
- Comfortable operating with global stakeholders and India-based teams.
- Proactive, structured leader with a bias toward clarity, follow-through, and transparency.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Prior experience in a Developer Lead or Supervisor role during a team transition or organizational change.
- Strong track record of improving delivery predictability and developer performance.
- Experience driving engineering standards, release management, and continuous improvement for CRM platforms.
