Are you passionate about building high-performance enterprise integrations and working on scalable backend systems We're looking for an experienced VI Developer to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-grade solutions for a Vendor Incentive platform.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in Java backend and enterprise integration development
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Performance Tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Java and REST API Development
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience working with Oracle Database / Oracle Exadata
• Enterprise application and system integration experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather business requirements and propose technical solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and participate in technical reviews
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud ERP or other ERP platforms.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Design and develop enterprise integrations between Vendor Incentive applications and enterprise systems.
• Build and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and high-performance database solutions.
• Develop and support Java-based REST APIs and Microservices.
• Build Kafka-based event-driven integrations for scalable and reliable communication.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Support integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 3 (L3) Production Support.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent technical discipline.
