Developer III -SFDC Developer

Role Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Community Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
2. Perform integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
3. Manage CI/CD deployments using GitHub, Copado, and other tools; ensure high test coverage and code quality.
4. Guide junior developers, interact with stakeholders, and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Job Requirements:

1. 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience with certifications like Platform Dev 1 and App Builder.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools like Copado or GitHub.
4. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience with an ability to mentor peers.
