Job Description

  • The ideal Generative AI Developer will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a specific focus on generative models
  • As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models to create innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings, customer, dealer and employee experience
  • This role is responsible for researching and implementing state-of-the-art generative models and collaborating closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
  • This work will involve developing and fine-tuning models, conducting effective search and summary, and evaluating model performance to ensure high-quality outputs
  • The Generative AI Developer will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, ensuring that our methodologies and tools remain cutting-edge
  • The ability to communicate findings and insights through reports, presentations, and demonstrations will be essential in driving informed decision-making and showcasing the potential of generative AI within the organization

  • Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI model based solutions
  • Develop and fine-tune models to generate high-quality outputs for various applications
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance to ensure accuracy and reliability of GenAI output
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI developers, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning
  • Communicate findings and insights through reports, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Ensure the scalability and efficiency of generative AI models in production environments
  • Your Experience And Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Minimum 7+yrs of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on generative models
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks (e g, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of generative models (e g, GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models) and their applications
  • Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and hyperparameter tuning
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
