Job Description:
Required skills:
- 4-year degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years ETL Experience with ETL tools (Talend).
- Solid grasp of RDBMS concepts, particularly related to MSSQL and ORACLE.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP SAP, SAP HANA
- 2+ years of Java experience
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, testing, maintenance and support of complex data extracts.
- Develop standards, policies and procedures for ETL-related activities, including data movement, quality and cleansing.
- Ensure design consistency with development standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, DBAs and system administrators.
- Actively participate in design and analysis sessions to determine appropriate ETL solutions and architecture.
- Investigate and resolve complex problems related to data integration and transformation.
- Adhere to IS Department policies best practices and work successfully within an iterative SDLC environment.
Educational Qualification:
- IT Graduate (BE, BTech, MCA) preferred.
