Developer (CRM MS Dynamics)

As an Developer you will design, develop, and support solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. You will work in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and apply general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education. 

In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. 

It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. 

This role is critical in designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that enable business growth and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with Dow's global standards. 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.  
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.  
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in CRM environments.  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge & experience working on MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong general programming and development skills. 
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps). 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). 
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Azure services. 
• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, Java script, JS library.
• Knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization and integration best practices. 
• Looking for experience with min 3+ years on the role.
• Any bachelor's degree is ok.
