Job Title: Pega CLM/KYC Developer

Experience: 5–10 Years (can be adjusted based on the role)

Location: Any (Hybrid/Remote as per business requirements)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pega CLM/KYC Developer with strong expertise in the Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade Pega applications, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.
• Customize and configure Pega CLM/KYC frameworks based on business requirements.
• Develop case types, data models, integrations, decision rules, and user interfaces.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP services for third-party integrations.
• Configure KYC workflows, customer onboarding, due diligence, screening, and remediation processes.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Follow Pega Guardrails and best development practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
• Strong experience in Pega CLM/KYC Framework.
• Good understanding of customer onboarding and regulatory compliance processes.

• UI Development
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Pega security, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Experience with deployment using Deployment Manager or CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Constellation.
• Experience with Pega Customer Service or Smart Dispute is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure) is preferred.

Certifications:

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred.
• CLSA or LSA certification is an added advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, FATCA, and CRS processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise implementations.
