Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Software Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Participate independently in application development, build, and unit testing.
• Analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for application development.
• Ensure high-quality code through adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, API and SQL.
• Experience in application design, development, build, and unit testing.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
