About The Team & Business Line
We are seeking an experienced Developer for Enablement (C4E) delivery team. This role is responsible for delivering the technical foundations of Citco's AI capabilities through reusable patterns, frameworks, and components. The role requires hands-on technical experience, focusing on building high-performing applications that enable AI adoption across Citco. The ideal candidate will bring deep AI engineering expertise while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Build and maintain core AI infrastructure, APIs, and cloud integrations
- Implement LLM/GenAI solutions, vector stores, and embedding strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI adoption
- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Qualifications
About You:
- 35 years of software development experience
- Strong Python, FastAPI, and REST API skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or vector databases
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with React, CI/CD, and Agile practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI experience
- Event-driven cloud-native architecture
- AI governance and compliance awareness
