The Epsilon Finance team is looking for an Oracle CPQ Developer to join their Pricing team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Epsilon's Oracle CPQ architecture, ensuring business requirements are translated into technical designs.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle CPQ Developer, you'll play a vital support role, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met within the Oracle CPQ architecture. Your main tasks will include:
- Product Catalog Management: Keeping the Oracle CPQ product catalog complete and up-to-date, including defining product attributes and classifications for pricing rules.
- Pricing Configuration: Defining pricing lists and rules in Oracle CPQ, specifying conditions for rule application, and setting up discount structures based on Epsilon's pricing strategy.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Oracle CPQ (system errors, configuration problems, integrations) and working with Oracle Support.
- Rule Logic & Formulas: Implementing pricing logic and formulas using Oracle CPQ's rule engine and updating configurator models as business requirements change.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously monitoring pricing performance, gathering feedback, adjusting rules, and supporting quarterly Oracle CPQ updates to ensure stability.
- User Support: Providing timely technical support to end-users, collaborating on patches, upgrades, and configurations, and assisting with database performance optimization.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and recommending improvements for Oracle systems.
- Liaison Role: Working closely with the key developer, pricing operations team, and acting as a liaison between technical, functional, business, and system integrator teams. This role also serves as a backfill for the primary Epsilon developer.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of experience in supporting Oracle systems and applications.
- Proven experience in developing Oracle CPQ, integrations, and data migrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle CPQ platform's core features and hands-on experience with CPQ capabilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with BMI Configuration, Bill of Material (BOM), and Big Machines Language (BML).
- Ability to translate business requirements into CPQ system configurations.
- Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite or Cloud solutions.
- Desirable experience with commerce flows within CPQ.
- Preferable understanding of efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and developing supporting systems/programs.
- Preferred knowledge of Oracle Database Administration, SQL, Java or C#, JavaScript, JQuery, XML/XSL, BML, and relevant experience with SFDC.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Oracle technologies certification is a plus (but not mandatory).
