Dev Ops Support Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate modern cloudnative infrastructure. The role focuses on Kubernetes-based deployments, GitOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our products across internal and customer environments

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes environments (onprem and cloud).
• Develop and manage Helm charts, ArgoCD applications, and GitOps workflows.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes within CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and configure the product in internal labs, customer labs, and production environments.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and security through automation and best practices.
• Implement and maintain observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
• Collaborate with development teams on architecture, release processes, and operational readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and technical decisionmaking.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Handson experience with Kubernetes (deployments, networking, storage, RBAC).
• Practical experience with Helm and ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of Docker and containerization principles.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, ingress).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloudnative principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 6-8 years of experience in the skills mentioned above

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Pulumi, or other InfrastructureasCode tools.
• Familiarity with distributed systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Elastic, MongoDB, Cassandra
