About Position
We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Dev Lead (Lead Developer – UiPath) to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions for a large-scale US Personal Auto/Home Insurance Policy Rewrite and Policy Servicing Transformation Program. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in UiPath, RPA solution architecture, workflow automation, and production support.

What You'll Do
- Hands on Build UiPath automation workflows (Sequences, Flowcharts, State Machines) for policy rewrite steps (orchestration, validations, exception handling, system interactions)

- Develop reusable components using RE-Framework / best practices for reusability and maintainabilityImplement resiliency

Expertise You'll Bring
- Between 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience in a Dev Lead or similar role.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Work Flow, UiPath, Automation.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification or equivalent RPA certification is highly preferred
- Certifications in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS), or related automation platforms are an added advantage
- Knowledge of software development, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and application lifecycle management (ALM) is highly desirable
- Agile/Scrum certifications and experience working in Agile delivery environments will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
