About Position

We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Dev Lead (Lead Developer – UiPath) to lead the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions for a large-scale US Personal Auto/Home Insurance Policy Rewrite and Policy Servicing Transformation Program. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in UiPath, RPA solution architecture, workflow automation, and production support.

What You'll Do

• Hands on Build UiPath automation workflows (Sequences, Flowcharts, State Machines) for policy rewrite steps (orchestration, validations, exception handling, system interactions)
• Implement integration patterns using APIs, web services, Excel, desktop applications, and enterprise systems
• Develop reusable components using RE-Framework / best practices for reusability and maintainabilityImplement resiliency
• Retries, exception handling, queue-based processing, and transaction frameworks Configure Orchestrator
• Jobs scheduling of Queue management, assets, credentials of Bot monitoring and execution control
• Define security governance: credential vault usage, role-based access, environment segregation (Dev/Test/Prod)Drive ALM: packaging, versioning, deployments across environments, and release readiness
• Define and implement logging, monitoring, and alerting; create operational runbooks and SOPsSupport UAT and hypercare: defect triage, performance tuning, and production stabilizationLead daily delivery: task planning, mentoring team members, peer reviews, and ensuring quality standards
• Required Technical Skills : Strong hands-on expertise in: oUiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots (Attended Unattended)

• Summary We need a hands-on UiPath Lead Developer to build and lead delivery of RPA automations for a US PC clients legacy Personal Auto policy rewrite and policy servicing workflows
• You will be responsible for design + build, integrations, exception handling, logging/monitoring, code reviews, and production readines swhile collaborating closely with US stakeholders and guiding a small offshore team.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Between 5 to 8 Years of relevant experience in a Dev Lead or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Work Flow, UiPath, Automation.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification or equivalent RPA certification is highly preferred
• Certifications in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS), or related automation platforms are an added advantage
• Knowledge of software development, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and application lifecycle management (ALM) is highly desirable
• Agile/Scrum certifications and experience working in Agile delivery environments will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
