What You'll Do
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Lead to oversee our development team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work.
- The Dev Lead will also be responsible for designing and implementing advanced software solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development processes, and a passion for technology.
- Lead the development team and oversee all development projects, ensuring they align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including its features, limitations, and customization.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud - Sales Cloud: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including its functionalities, integration, and customization.
- Mastery of Salesforce Service Cloud - OmniChannel: The candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, particularly in OmniChannel, including its implementation, management, and optimization.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Masters degree preferred.
- Preferred Skills.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and Saa.
- S (Software as a Service).
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
