An MSPA Senior Developer (Microsoft Power Platform / RPA Automation Senior Developer) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (MSPA) and RPA technologies such as UiPath This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives by automating complex business processes and improving operational efficiency across enterprise systems.The MSPA Senior Developer collaborates closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions

What You'll Do
- They participate in requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design to ensure that automation initiatives align with business objectives and technical constraints
- The role requires strong expertise in workflow automation, system integration, and enterprise application environments.A major responsibility of the MSPA Senior Developer is end-to-end automation delivery, which includes designing process workflows, developing bots or automation pipelines, performing testing, and supporting deployment
- They are expected to build robust, reusable, and scalable solutions using frameworks and best practices, ensuring high performance and reliability
- The role also involves solution architecture and design support, where the developer contributes to designing automation architecture, defining reusable components, and ensuring compliance with security, governance, and coding standards They analyze existing systems and automation portfolios, identify dependencies, and contribute to migration strategies, especially in MSPA/UiPath transformation programs An MSPA Senior Developer plays a crucial role in process optimization and continuous improvement
- They analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy
- This includes working on high-volume, rule-based, and exception-driven processes across domains such as healthcare, finance, and operations
- The role also involves testing and quality assurance support, including unit testing, system testing, and participation in SIT, UAT, and production validation phases Developers ensure that automation solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and perform effectively in real-world scenarios
- Another key responsibility is production support and maintenance, where the developer monitors deployed bots, performs troubleshooting, conducts root cause analysis, and implements fixes to ensure system stability and adherence to SLAs MSPA Senior Developers are also expected to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in automation design and development
- They work in Agile delivery environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of automation solutions From a technical perspective
- The role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), UiPath, APIs, scripting languages (such as Python or Java), and integration with enterprise systems like SAP, ServiceNow, and databases Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities, are essential for success in this role
- The MSPA Senior Developer must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams, driving innovation and delivering measurable business value
Expertise You'll Bring
- Between 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in a Dev Lead or similar role.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft, Automation, UIPath.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Master's degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline or MBA (IT/Systems) is an added advantage
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent) are highly preferred
- UiPath certifications (such as UiPath Advanced Developer or RPA Developer) are a plus
