About Position
We are looking for a Dev Lead – Multi Cloud Policy Creation and DevOps to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant cloud solutions across multiple platforms. The role focuses on defining Policy as Code (PaC), automating cloud governance, and driving DevOps best practices using modern tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and DevOps, along with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments and infrastructure automation.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement multi-cloud governance frameworks across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Develop and manage Policy as Code (PaC) using tools like Terraform, JSON, and YAML
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployments and policy enforcement
- Define and enforce cloud security, compliance, and best practices across environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure cloud architecture
- Leverage GitHub for version control, collaboration, and automation workflows
- Drive DevOps transformation initiatives, improving release cycles and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and deployment-related issues
Expertise You'll Bring
- :Strong knowledge of AWS Organizations, Azure Policy, and GCP Organization Policies (Policy hierarchies, Compliance, Exemptions).
- Proficiency in Terraform for cloud resources management.
- Knowledge of Python for policy automation and validation scripts.
- Deep understanding of JSON and YAML for policy definition and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud governance and compliance best practices.
- Experience with policy-as-code (Pa
- C) frameworks and organizational policy management.
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
- Multi-cloud policy management experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with policy testing and validation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for deployment (GitHub Actions).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
