We are seeking a skilled Detailer to join our Urban Planning studio. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex, multifaceted projects across the country and gain hands-on experience with statutory and non-statutory urban planning projects.

Responsibilities

•     Draft base maps using revenue records, total station surveys, and satellite images.

•     Produce thematic and statutory drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.

•     Develop accurate drawings and spatial layouts for Development Plans and Town Planning Schemes.

•     Contribute to detailing tasks across multiple stages of projects.

•     Maintain neatness, accuracy, and adherence to timelines for all assigned work.

Education

ITI / Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship or Certification in AutoCAD (required)

Experience

Up to 5 years in an urban planning practice

Skills – Required

•     Proficiency in AutoCAD

•     Working knowledge of ArcGIS

•     Strong understanding of urban planning drawing standards

•     Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting

•     Effective time and priority management

•     Ability to produce detailed drawings with precision and clarity

Skills – Preferred

•     Familiarity with Civil 3D

•     Problem-solving aptitude
