Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thanjavur for a Detailer / Checker. The responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of reinforcement steel drawings and detailing for construction projects. Tasks will involve technical detailing checks, interpreting project specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and addressing any discrepancies or questions. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and compliance with project standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reinforcement steel detailing, estimation, and creating technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction project specifications, standards, and best practices
- Experience in quality control, reviewing, and validating drawings for precision and accuracy
- Proficiency in industry tools or software related to reinforcement steel drawing and detailing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design professionals
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in a detailing or checking role is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines
