Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Destination Specialist for Australia. The Destination Specialist will coordinate and design personalized travel experiences, manage travel itineraries, and assist clients with bookings and travel arrangements. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, staying informed of Australian travel destinations and trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction by tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Australian travel destinations, attractions, and culture
- Experience in travel planning, client relationship management, and itinerary design
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
- Customer service experience and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with international and domestic travel regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
