Job Title: Destination Manager – Australia & New Zealand

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Destination Manager – Australia & New Zealand to lead B2C sales conversions, manage a team of counselors, and drive end-to-end student acquisition and visa success. The role requires strong leadership, sales ownership, and in-depth knowledge of the Australia & New Zealand education and visa landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Drive B2C sales conversions for Australia & New Zealand study programs
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Monitor lead funnel, conversion ratios, and optimize performance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize enrollments
2. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of study abroad counselors
- Set individual and team KPIs (calls, conversions, applications, visas)
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Ensure high-quality counseling and customer experience
3. End-to-End Student Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the complete student journey: lead → counseling → application → offer → visa → enrollment
- Ensure adherence to timelines and process efficiency
- Maintain high conversion rates across all stages
4. Visa & Compliance Management
- Drive visa success rates and meet visa approval targets
- Stay updated on Australia & New Zealand visa regulations
Required Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in study abroad / international education sales
- Strong knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education systems and visa processes
- Proven experience in B2C sales and team management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (10 am to 7 pm), Sunday will be the fixed week off day.
