We are looking for a Destination Expert (Sales).
As part of the Travel team, you will play a critical role in helping travellers turn their vacation
plans into memorable experiences. You will act as a trusted travel advisor, guiding
customers through destination selection, trip planning, and booking, while driving revenue
growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Qualify and convert inbound travel enquiries into bookings by understanding traveller needs and recommending the right destinations and packages.
- Consultative Travel Advisory: Deliver personalized trip consultations, helping customers make informed decisions and building trust throughout the booking journey.
- Customer Insights: Capture traveller feedback, booking trends, and unmet customer needs to help improve destination offerings and sales strategies.
- Destination Expertise: Execute destination playbooks, provide accurate destination guidance, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Growth & Retention: Drive repeat bookings, referrals, and customer loyalty while consistently meeting or exceeding GMV and sales targets.
What You'll Need:
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, travel consulting, holiday planning, or customer-facing
- roles
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer empathy
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Ability to learn destination knowledge quickly and confidently advise travellers
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail throughout the customer journey
Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management
- Upselling and cross-selling experience
- Exposure to customized itinerary planning
