Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Expert - Europe based in Gurugram. The Destination Expert will design and curate exceptional travel itineraries for Europe, assist clients with personalized travel planning, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners. Responsibilities include coordinating trip logistics, researching destinations, providing regional expertise, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating travel itineraries and an in-depth understanding of European destinations
• Strong communication, customer service, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in research and planning to gather destination-specific details
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistical requirements effectively
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an on-site team environment
• Knowledge of languages, customs, or cultures of European countries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
