Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid for a Destination Expert located in Pune. The Destination Expert will be responsible for crafting and customizing travel packages, providing excellent customer service, and managing the end-to-end journey planning process. They will liaise with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offer expert advice on destinations, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and memorable travel experiences. The role also involves understanding current travel trends, managing bookings, and staying updated with travel regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Planning and Destination Management
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to Coordinate with Vendors and Service Providers
• Knowledge of the Travel Industry, including current trends and travel regulations
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
