Role Highlights:
- Provide first-line support for desktops and laptops (Windows & macOS).
- Basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, software, and hardware.
- Address and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Maintain detailed IT asset inventory, manage asset tagging, and documentation.
- Assist with user account management, access rights, and password resets.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure system updates and antivirus compliance.
Who You Are:
- Passionate about IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with basic hardware diagnostics and software installations.
- Comfortable with basic networking concepts and asset management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, antivirus software.
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation: Upto 3.60 LPA
