Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Desktop Support Specialist. The selected candidate will provide technical support for desktop systems, printers, and hardware, assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and deliver exceptional IT services to ensure smooth operation of all systems. The role also includes addressing user concerns and performing maintenance and updates for the organization's IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and providing Desk Top Support
- Experience in Technical Support and Printer Support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving hardware and software issues
- Ability to manage and maintain IT systems effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications in IT or technical support (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable
