Description
We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support / Service Desk Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop problems for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and provide support for mobile devices.
- Document issues and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in desktop support or service desk roles.
- Proficient in operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of AD, networking principles and configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
