We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support / Service Desk Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop problems for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Assist with network connectivity issues and provide support for mobile devices.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in desktop support or service desk roles.
  • Proficient in operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of AD, networking principles and configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
