We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Desktop Support & Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our end-user computing environment, network infrastructure, and cloud-based systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues across the organization, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user productivity. With a strong foundation in desktop support, networking protocols, system administration, and cloud integration, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 24 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, system administration, and network engineering.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, GWS, GCP, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including identity and access management.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, patch management, and endpoint protection.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and service desk tools (e.g., ServiceDesk, ) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support as needed.
