Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer(0-2 years) to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware and software. The ideal candidate should have basic IT knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide First-level technical support to end users.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop/laptop hardware.
  • Perform LAN cable crimping, color coding and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Resolve login issues and email setup.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility:

  1. Any Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related fields
  2. Immediate joiners preferred (Max 15 days Notice period).

Salary:

For freshers: upto 3 LPA

For Experience: 30% hike from last CTC
