Role & responsibilities

Expertise in End user technologies
Strong understanding on the technical aspects of mobile devices.
Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Ability to influence, coach/mentor and listen to team members and peers if Applicable
Experience in coordinating, facilitating and influencing management
Experience in contributing to and executing ITIL maturity uplift plans or roadmaps

Experience: 5+
